This is about web page of this domain, in particular focused on the Swiss side, it stinks badly. Examples: I am registered user, login disabled since they changed to 8 digit password as I figure out after 20 min. Reset password, login disabled for 15 more min since I tried old password for more than 5 times. It would work in a min if they were able to send a message, please reset password to 8 minimum digits. In the process I crossed 11AM so I want to reduce the fee for one day ticket, but the web page does not offer that choice for Swiss-French area. Purchase on French side did not work either perhaps because it would cost less, but my IP is Swiss. Shall I continue?? Oh I forgot, I wanted to complain formally, they want that I upload documentation, and proof of purchase.... well than they truly deserve this. Top this up that when the domain went insolvent a couple years beack they refused to honor my loyalty points which were earned over a few years. Now they offer new loyalty program... is this Swiss way of...
Read moreThe skiing it self is some of the best around the world, yes there are loads of better palces, but this has everything in a massive area, been coming here for 20+years and i still find new hidden spots and what not.
my only compaint is how they price everything, i can conferdently say the prices for everything has more then tripled in the last 10 years.
The ski pass is way over price, the insurance they sell you doesnt cover you for anything... So save yourselve 3euro a day and buy insurance from your home country as you will not be cover and get carged £1000's for minir issues. broken arm is around 700 euro just for bandages braces and a few other small things. I can rant about how things and the prices have changed over the years for ages. As going skiing is no longer are a regular activey as the prices are way to high. ( for that price i'd rather do a 5* safari holiday or somthing new then go to my...
Read moreThe bus system in chatel is the worst I have ever experienced. To get to the slopes or return home you have to get a shuttle bus, they are meant to be every 15mins but are much more sporadic than that. They are always full and often don’t stop for you to get on at the stop. This morning three buses went past before we could get on, waiting for around 40mins. Returning home there are ridiculous queues and they don’t put any additional services on at peak times, it can take upwards of an hour to get on. Furthermore the buses on some of the lines stop around 1730 so no chance of apres or a dinner in town. Hugely disappointing and really...
