Not suitable for foreigners. Bad experience ever.
Unfortunately, I had the worst experience here. The woman who owns the store, made me feel like I never felt. I used skis on stone and she approached to me in a really aggressive way, pushing me, shouting and asking me for paying rented skis. I said sorry cause I didn't know I couldn't use them there for 2 steps and offered her to pay if skis had some damage. She still went on shouting and making me feel bad. I tried to speak some German but I'm learning and I couldn't be fluent, she was fluent in English and I am, but she said in Germany only German is spoken. The other blond guy, insulted me when I said the situation was crazy. I broke to cry. Couldn't believe that situación went so far when we could have been managed this with a simple credit card. It seems her only goal was treat me bad. Of course, best way to deal with customers.
It's so sad I bring home this idea of German people. Never felt this way in any of 5 countries I lived. I'm sure everyone in Germany is not the same.
