Schade, dass man das so genannte Blaue Türmchen nicht betreten kann, denn es sieht von außen augenscheinlich vollkommen intakt aus und würde sich hervorragend als Aussichtsturm eignen, was schließlich seine ursprüngliche Bestimmung war. Wenigstens können Spaziergänger und Wanderer sehr gut in unmittelbarer Umgebung auf Holzbänken und an Holztischen rasten und picknicken, auch ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden.

Der "Blaue Turm" ist ein sehr schönes Ausflugsziel. Je nachdem welchen Weg man zum Turm wählt, ist der Aufstieg anstrengender (steil) oder nicht. Der Turm selbst ist nicht begehbar. Außenherum gibt es Holz Tische und Bänke zum Picknick machen. Direkt daneben ist ein kleiner Spielplatz und eine Wiese.

Very long forest trail to get up there with good views but when I finally got up there the building was locked so I couldn’t climb up to see the proper view from the tower window. Also I was paranoid of bears/foxes the whole way up, luckily...
