ATTENTION: 5 star for the lake and 2 star for the staff. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and ridiculous ticketing policy. We're 2 families with small kids, have booked ticket in advance online. We stay under hot sun for 20 min in the queue. Our tickets slot was from 10-12, we got the chance to scan it about 15 min after 12 because of the queue, not because we were late. And we COULDN'T enter. The staff were rude and didn't help us at all. All they told us is to buy new tickets. So in the end, we had to pay twice. It make no sense to buy...
