Bernsteinsee — Attraction in Biesenthal-Barnim

Lake is wonderful and you'll definitely have some vacation feelings with the beach. The water is very clean and not too warm or cold so just the perfect temperature! Sad thing is, there were people partying all day long and playing music pretty loud (unfortunately no good music - the annoying kind). Second time I've been there, they were still there at the same spot so I wonder if they live there...?? And two more things: First - there are a LOT of children so it's loud and second - there is a nudist area at the lake but you'll find them all over the place so if its uncomfortable for you - don't go there. So it hurts a bit to give 3 stars for such a beautiful place but people destroy it...

My oasis in Brandenburg and favorite lake near Berlin! This spot boasts a large, crystal-clear lake with multiple entrances, perfect for catching the sunset. The surrounding forest is stunning and ideal for a hike. The vibe is friendly and tolerant, and you can even grab some delicious food nearby. There is plenty of parking, and affordable camping is available just across the street. This is my gem in the summer almost like beaches...

Beautiful lake with proper maintenance for fair prices (3€ entrance). Only a few places to grab some shadow. So ensure to take sun scream and other type of protection
