Located along the old border road, the Walderlebniszentrum (nature center) has many interactive features to play with integrated into the woods and there is also suspended walkway in the canopy of the trees. For children, it's a lot of fun and I would suggest visiting if you have some time to kill and want a nice walk in the woods, but it's not a "must see." Underneath the forest road there is a park with benches and playgrounds - if your kids are afraid of heights, they can play...

The entire tree trail is wheelchair accessible♿ and stroll friendly . There is a small cafe nearby and plenty of children's playgrounds around where children can engage...
