We attended the Aespa concert at Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt on March 9, 2025. Since this venue is smaller than the stadiums and arenas where Aespa performed in other countries, we thought it would allow us to watch the performance more closely. We had purchased standing tickets in advance for the spacious area in front of the stage (Parkett Stehplatz). The day before the concert, we visited the venue. It is located in a large park and is quite close to the airport. Since camping overnight and waiting in line from the previous night was not allowed, we left. The next morning, we arrived early (around 8:30-9:00 AM). Barriers had been set up for the queues. VIP ticket holders entered through a different gate during the soundcheck. For the general audience, early arrivals received wristbands with queue numbers—we got around 369. We were told to return around 4:00 PM to line up, but we arrived at 2:00 PM. The waiting area was divided into blocks: 0-200, 201-400, 401-600,...801-1000 and so on. Security directed us to stand anywhere in the 201-400 block, so we positioned ourselves near the front of our group, around 201. We waited until 6:30 PM. Since there were no seats, shade, or umbrellas, we had to sit on the ground under the sun. We brought water and drinks with us, which was helpful. At 6:30 PM, they started letting people in. Bags were checked, and liquids (water-alcohol bottles etc.- not perfume), cameras, and sharp objects were not allowed. However, there was no requirement for transparent bags—I entered with a regular-sized backpack. I had taken a photo of my ticket’s QR code, which was scanned for entry. The security staff was very friendly and professional. Once inside, we moved to the standing area, where the biggest disappointment occurred. Despite entering early, the areas close to the stage were already full. Since the venue is wider rather than deeper, we tried moving to the sides, but taller people blocked our view. Unfortunately, we had to watch most of the concert through the screens. The ventilation was poor, and many people fainted. The worst part was that the stage was set too low—we couldn’t even see Aespa members' arms properly. Naturally, many people held up their phones to record, further obstructing the view. On the positive side, the sound system was excellent. However, we stood all day, and after entering the concert area, we couldn’t even go get water because we didn’t want to lose our-not so nice spot. Despite these issues, Aespa was amazing. I would definitely want to watch them again! Overall, Jahrhunderthalle is not suitable for standing concerts. I hope this review is...

Also - frĂŒhzeitig anreisen und Geld sparen.

Nette Worte halfen nichts, also eben so.

Nichtmal ich sah richtig was.
