If you are a tourist and visiting there outside matchdays, you must not put your phone or camera out when first team players are participating training at the pitch. Otherwise the club staff will treat you aggressively and ruin your day.

The situation was that I walked around the stadium and took some scenic photos. When I was at southeast stand area, I saw first team players were participating training at the pitch, and I turned my camera off and hung it in front of me. After I walked to one of the stadium entrance gates, a male club staff whose age looked around 45-50 said "No picture" with an unfriendly tone. Even though I showed that the camera was turned off and the lens was covered with a cap to decrease his worries, he became aggressive and shouted "You must go!"

This man made me feeling gutted. I had no choice but to go away as fast as I could, as I feared that he would take further action such as calling police. I admit that I raised the conflict, but when first team players are participating training at the pitch, the club should do some protection measures in order to avoid tourists get "trapped". For example:

Put notices on all stadium entrance gates at southeast and northwest stand to remind people not to take photos in these areas; or

Use black clothes to cover all stadium entrance gates at southeast and northwest stand; or

Lock all the ground corridor gates at southeast and northwest stand.

I was there for Beyoncé shows. The worse experience in my life. Staff had no idea about nothing. Information about where you should go to get to your place or something like that nothing. No information about what you can have in your bag. I lost my lip gloss but for example hand cream was not a problem... No logical. On Stadium was no extra screen. People on the side couldn't see nothing and tickets wasn't cheap. And the last on the "best" I left for bathroom. After exactly 3min I was back. I went directly to my gate but staff called me it's not my gate. I was a bit confused but of course I wanted explain that I know where because I left 3 min ago. They wanted me to go to golden Circle, why? No idea. I tried to said it's not my tickets but they told me only calm down and didn't wanna listen. Then came some woman to scan mu ticket and she said it's not here😅 I said I know and I showed them my gate and she said it's not here as well! She told me I should GO TO ANOTHER SIDE of stadium! I was really angry. Above my head was number with my gate, she finally called 3 another guys and one of them said it's my place, gate which I was telling from the beginning. I lost almost 15 min for stupid talk with staff. I was in different cities and countries and never so bad experience. FRANKFURT...
