NEVER SAY NEVER! I have been trying (a lot of) RED Wines through the years, but I never liked anything and I used to drink always White Wine… I am on a business trip in Besigheim, and scrolling around the small village, I found this Wine Shop, and then I told myself why not, give a try (1% possibility to find a good red wine) to native products! I asked the (Lady) Staff if she could recommend me something that could be near my expectations, and She answered me, Yes sure (like all the sellers do, without any misunderstanding, but it is difficult to describe the feeling of what anybody tastes, with words), and I can say that the Wine that I bought for 6,50€ (only) is the very first time that I am excited with Red Wine! I thought that I would never taste a nice (that sky would be the Limit) Red Wine, but never say never!!! SAMTROT KABINET 2021 (one of the best if not the best Red Wines),...

Wir fahren sehr gerne in die Felsengarten-Kellerei. Wunderbarer Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Weingenuss. Gut angelegter Stellplatz für Wohnmobile mit allem was man benötigt. Kleiner Minuspunkt, der direkt dahinter liegende Fußball/Basketballplatz bei dem einem schon mal ein Ball trotz hohem Zaun um die Ohren fliegt. Trotzdem wäre es uns bis zu diesem Punkt immer noch fünf Sterne wert gewesen.

Die Weine sind wirklich sehr gut und lecker. Wir hätten gerne fünf Sterne vergeben. Geht aber nicht. Wir mussten fast um e i n Glas zur Verkostung zu z w e i t von zwei Weinen betteln, während unsere Mitprobanden mit jeweils! zwei Gläsern und reichlichem Ausschank zum probieren freundlichst bedient wurden. Wir haben trotzdem einige Kartons eingekauft, während die reichlich und freundlichst bedienten Kunden mit einigen wenigen Flaschen davon gezogen sind. Die etwas herablassende Art der Dame hinter der Theke im Ladengeschäft uns gegenüber hat somit eine hervorragende Bewertung gekippt. Offensichtlich haben wir nicht in das Kaufklientel der Dame gepasst. Wir haben übrigens bereits im Vorfeld dieses Kauf-Erlebnisses einige Bekannte zum Kauf in der Felsengarten-Kellerei vermittelt. Darum hinterlässt es bei uns jetzt umso mehr einen unguten Eindruck.

They are still really good place to get domestic vine and food. The dishes are simple but tasty. But you want to visit it due to their beverages.
