Beautiful location but terrible customer service. My kids and I are learning to snowboard, so of course, we're only using the baby lift. Today when we were there, we bought a family ticket but the baby lift wasn't working. Only my husband was able to use the card, we couldn't even ride once. When we asked at reception if we could use the tickets the next day, the response was,"it's not our problem. You have to buy another ticket tomorrow" super unfriendly and unhelpful staff who don't...

The ski lift service is tragic. They don't even help small children catch the ski lift. They don't clean the boarding area, so there's a lot of snow piled up on it, they don't even clean the snow at the turnstiles, which makes it difficult to turn. There is a tragical lack of parking space and the parking is not inline with online ticket sales so you can easily buy a ticket and then not have a change to park the car and you will loose...

Großes Lob und Dank an die G&S SchneeSportschule und den Sport Schuster Ski-Verleih direkt am Ski-Zirkus. Haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und die 2 Jungs hatten Spaß an beiden Ski-Kursen (2stündiger Schnupperkurs und Samstag/Sonntag-Wochenend-Kurs). Sehr professionelle Ski-Lehrer, die verstehen die Kids zu motivieren, nach-und-nach die Schwierigkeit zu steigern und die Jungs waren begeistert. Es geht meinem Empfinden nach sehr familiär zu. Parkplätze nahe am Ski-Zirkus sehr begehrt, daher unbedingt auf den Zentralparkplatz ausweichen, 1 (!!) kostenloser Shuttle-Bus verkehrt alle 10-15 Minuten (manchmal etwas Geduld mitbringen oder mit dem Shuttle-Bus-Fahrer Einstieg absprechen). Vormittags schien mir mehr Betrieb auf den Pisten zu sein, nachmittags nahm die Zahl der Skifahrer ab, vielleicht auch den Pistenverhältnissen geschuldet.
