You bought your ticket in a kiosk. We visited this track in June 2023. It was a perfect time to visit because it was just before the German schools had their summer break so there was almost no queue.

The track went down a grass covered hill in an open area so you had a great view.

They had sleds for one person and sleds for two person’s. We rode individual sleds, we were not allowed to go together.

It is an amazing place; my family liked it very much. It is possible to buy a single ride ticket, but if we but a 6-ride ticket is cheaper. Actually, 1 such ticket could be used be more people, until there is a ride on it :) The bob itself is very safe; it is possible to ride alone or in tandem. Every bob are for 2 people. It is possible to go down without using a brake; I am 95 kg, I was with 30km/h when it was measured. It is faster with more weight (it is faster if you are heavier)....

Schöne Bahn, tolles Panorama, mit etwas Geduld ein super Ausflug

Die Sommerrodelbahn direkt am Loreleyfelsen ist eine klassische Wannenrodelbahn mit den bekannten Schlitten, die auch zu zweit gefahren werden können. Die Strecke ist zwar nicht besonders lang, bietet aber trotzdem eine schöne Geschwindigkeit und macht richtig Spaß. Ein echtes Highlight ist der fantastische Blick ins Rheintal, den man während der Fahrt und von der Anlage aus genießen kann.
