Karls Erlebnis-Dorf - Zirkow — Attraction in Mönchgut-Granitz

This could be a fun destination if it was not for Covid-19, however based on how the company prepared for Covid-19 this is now more like a Covid-19 horror story waiting to become the next hot spot.

Way too overcrowded as there are no checks on actual number of admissions and no apparent crowd control in regards to overcapacity based on Covid-19 despite claims at the door - e.g. the parking lot was fully used as if there was no Covid-19 - and no social distancing is actively encouraged by the company (like markers on the ground inside or outside).

Outside most people walk around and queue without masks while only being a few centimetres from each other. People even try to share food tables, which again is not adhering to social distancing guidelines. Hand sanitizers are present but that is the only thing.

Inside no space was made for social distancing, people bump into each other all the time, queue also within a few centimetres from each other for long times. I have also seen plenty of people without masks or just half-mask only and the company does not seem to actively enforcing mask usage inside as plenty of employees just walked by customers without masks.

The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable, despite the fun attractions...

Besuch am Montag, 4.9.2023: ALLGEMEINES: Uns hat es hier unglaublich gut gefallen und unsere Tochter (4) war nach dem Besuch des Erdbeerdorfs überglücklich, so viel Spaß hatte sie. REZENSIONEN: Zuvor habe ich mir überwiegend die negativen Bewertungen durchgelesen und ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen - nachvollziehen kann ich sie nicht. Da wird von Abzocke gesprochen, von Extrakosten an den Fahrgeschäften innerhalb des Parks, es sei ein völlig überteuertes Vergnügen. Nein, ganz und gar nicht! MEINE MEINUNG: Der Eintritt ist kostenfrei. Mit der App zahlten mein Mann und meine Tochter je 9€ und konnten den ganzen Tag alle Fahrgeschäfte benutzen - ohne Extrakosten. Da ich in keinem Fahrgeschäft mitfuhr, musste ich keine 9€ zahlen. Einige Attraktionen (z. B. die Kartoffelsack-Rutsche) sind ohnehin für jeden nutzbar. 1 Taler kostet 1€ und kann z. B. beim "Feuer löschen" oder an den elektrischen Autos/Schiffen/Pferden eingelöst werden. Kann man kaufen, muss man aber nicht. ESSEN, GETRÄNKE & WEITERE AUSGABEN: Da ich vorher von den hohen kulinarischen Kosten (z. B. 8,50€ - 10,00€ für einen Pfannkuchen) gelesen habe, haben wir uns eigene Getränke + Pausenbrote eingepackt. Diese Ausgaben bleiben somit jedem Besucher selbst überlassen. Es liegt auch an jedem Besucher persönlich, ob er sich in dem (wirklich sehr umfangreichen) Laden etwas kauft oder nicht. Von wegen "an der Kasse kommt das große Erwachen". Dies betrifft auch das hier oft kritisierte Abwiegen des Essens. Wer schon einmal mit Kindern essen war, weiß, dass sie nach einer Handvoll Nudeln oft schon satt sind und es kaum erwarten können, wieder im Erdbeerdorf zu spielen. Da klingt es für mich fair, wenn kleine Portionen günstiger berechnet werden, als eine "Erwachsenenportion". Auf den Umstand des Abwiegens wird gut sicht- und lesbar am Eingang zum Büfett hingewiesen. FAZIT: Viele negative Rezensionen erwecken leider den Eindruck, dass man hier regelrecht genötigt wird, Geld auszugeben. Das stimmt so nicht. Mit 2 Tageskarten, 2 Tassen Kaffee und 1 Eis liegen wir für einen ganzen Tag im Erdbeerdorf bei unter 30€. Im Laden haben wir natürlich auch noch etwas gefunden, aber wie gesagt: ob man dort kauft oder nicht, bleibt jedem selbst überlassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und unsere Tochter hatte unglaublich...

We love this park and the strawberry 🍓 theme. We have fun every time we go here. This time there was also the corn cob maze, very funny! New was also a free carousel that was activated thanks to the second person pedaling the bike near (amazing).

For a family it's convenient for many reasons: Free car parking; Free entry for the family; Lots of free activities for children with the possibility to choose your own budget for the day; Different activities for the youngest children up to the older ones; Interesting laboratory and shows of how to prepare the various products inside the shops. There are also restaurants on site with an attractive presentation and taste...
