What a fun experience!! We went on a snowy Sunday in winter. No wait, just paid for the ticket right there and then went up to the coaster. Very easy and comfortable. The ride up takes about 7-8 and is beautiful. We had skiers, snowboarders, ski lifts and snowy trees all around us. Then the actual ride start and it is such a fun thrill! You are completely in charge of how fast you go, brake and "gas" pedal :). Many turns and ups and downs, just like a Rollercoaster! All in a pretty environment. Option to buy a photo in the end. You will leave exhilarated!🤩👌

Der AlpspitzCOASTER hat die Sommerrodelbahn auf der Nesselwanger Alpspitz ersetzt, die seit 1996 in Betrieb war und in den letzten Jahren reparaturanfällig wurde. Im Unterschied zur alten Bahn kann der AlpspitzCOASTER Typ "AlpineCoaster 2.0" der Firma Wiegand ganzjährig betrieben werden, da er nicht aus im Boden versenkten Aluminiumwannen besteht, sondern einem Schienensystem. Die "AlpineCoaster" bieten höchste Sicherheit bei maximalem Fahrspaß. LEIDER wurde der AlpspitzCOASTER aber wohl kastriert, denn mit dem Alpsee Coaster der Alpsee Bergwelt in Immenstadt kann er es NICHT aufnehmen. Selbst wenn man NICHT bremst, bremst der AlpspitzCOASTER wirklich PERMANENT. Die Freude nach den ersten Metern wird leider auf dem Rest der Stecke nur getrübt, wenn man baugleiche andere Coaster bereits gefahren ist. Der AlpspitzCOASTER ist also nur etwas für Eltern mit Kindern, die noch nie eine Achterbahn oder Coaster gefahren sind, oder Erwachsene, die schon bei Tempo 50 im Auto von "Rasen" sprechen ... Wir werden jedenfalls in Zukunft wieder nur zum Alpsee Coaster der Alpsee Bergwelt in Immenstadt fahren.

Enjoyable experience. The coaster takes you up via automatic pulley then you get to accelerate on the way down. The slide down is not as long as Oberammergau’s Alpine Coaster but still fun with great green cascading scenery. The Bavarian atmosphere is vivid in the constant sound of cow bells in the meadows. You can also get tickets to the cable car ride up the mountain, with another zip line experience after the first stop. Staff at ticket counters are...
