Well, it was one of my spontaneous trip. But I really enjoyed the Barfußpark. It was one of a kind experience which allows you to connect with nature. The best part was that there were different types of walking area with explanations in German and English which was quite useful for me.
As a solo traveller I would definitely recommend this place to go there with family or friends. You can also take your friends for a day to give them a new experience.
The weather was perfect and the ticket only cost 9€ and you have the place to keep your shoes and place to park your car. Everything is easy to follow and it’s an amazing experience. I would definitely do it again.
Hats off to the staff for keeping the place very well maintained and clean. There is also a food plaza where you can have ice cream and other stuff to eat and drink.
There is also a place to swim, and if you want to swim it’s better to bring your own swim suits and maybe you can rent it too. As i didn’t go for a swim but it looks...

It is a very well made place with 3 different path options to choose from. You can choose the long, medium or short route depending on the time available to you. You can leave your slippers or shoes at the start of the park in the lockers and at the end you can wash and scrub your feet clean in the same area before you wear your...
Read moreWe had to remove several tiny splinters from our children's feed. They tell me things like: I will never ever go there anymore and I will never forget about this... There is a pool and in it and surrounding it are very pointy stones, not like the rounded ones you find at natural lakes or rivers, but stones which really hurt when walking barefoot on them and it is not just us, you just need to watch people walk over them how they struggle. The toilet had no toilet paper. Possible good for masochists or sadists (if they watch how people hurt themselves when walking over pointy stones, glass, beechnuts...). If you go there with shoes on some if the activities may be...
