SENSAPOLIS GmbH — Attraction in Sindelfingen

Horrible experience for my girls birthday party yesterday. Very cool place but so much confusion with billing, party room rental, incorrect charges, horrible service…management was horrible to deal with and the Indian woman (manager) wouldn’t budge on packages and prices that they conveniently didn’t bother to share over the phone. I felt cheated and ended up being charged €150 more than I should have (total €600)….and we had to constantly clean up our table ourselves, ask for food and drinks repeatedly, get up and order ourselves. The place was empty but no one bothered to provide any service. Instead you had employees just standing around talking with each other and not really doing any work. We would have even tipped great for great service but it seemed only one lady was working the drinks, food and party room. Unbelievable for the amount they charge and the poor service they give. I would never go back here again to host a party! Total rip off! Also, the place is just so poorly managed. The slides and bigger attractions don’t appear to have been cleaned in years and you can see so much dust and dirt yuck!

I’m sorry but I didn’t get the hype about this place. Let’s start with the fact that it’s pretty expensive. General I’m happy to pay when the value is right…and in this case it wasn’t. A 1yo kid paid like all the others (he barely touched a small minimal little-kids area) plus the surplus of 2,5€ because it’s weekend (and excuse to spill more money). A lot of the games of the structure were closed and/or bad maintained (including the spaceship… but the 2,5€/p.p. were shameless invoiced) No music, no atmosphere, not even the mascotte playing with the kids. Shameless prices at the restaurant, but you already imagined that! You got a big mountain wall to climb BECAUSE THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF FUN for people without fun. Just sad!!! Of course me and my kids will never EVER return there.

Wir waren gestern mal wieder im Sensapolis.

Folgendes hat sich zugetragen:

Ich habe im Vornherein die Preise auf der Homepage gecheckt. 18,50 € pro Person inklusive 2,50€ Ferienzuschlag.

Nach einer Stunde Anfahrt kamen wir an die Kasse und ich habe für mich und meine beiden 5- und 15-jährigen Kinder insgesamt 54,-€ Eintritt bezahlt.

Nachdem wir durch die Eintrittsschranken durch waren, dachte ich, dass ich nicht richtig sehe. Der komplette linke Teil, d.h. Raumschiff, Rutschen, Sience Center etc. ist abgesperrt und nicht nutzbar. Dies nimmt gut die Hälfte des Parks ein.

Ich habe mich unverzüglich an das Kassenpersonal gewendet. 54,- € für die Hälfte weniger an Attraktion finde ich eine Unverschämtheit. Man hat mir die Stornierung angeboten, aber das war für mich nach über einer Stunde Anfahrt und der danach folgenden Enttäuschung meiner Kinder, keine Option. Danach wollte ich den Geschäftsführer oder Parkverantwortlichen sprechen. "Es sei niemand im Haus". Nachdem ich mich bei anderen Mitarbeitern durchgefragt hatte, war dann jemand endlich bereit mich dem Parkverantwortlichen vorzustellen. Nachdem ich meine Enttäuschung vorgetragen hatte, meinte dieser u.a. "Was glauben Sie denn? Wir waren durch Corona monatelang in Kurzarbeit und das Geld muss schließlich wieder reinkommen." Da bleibt man nur sprachlos zurück.

Das Piratenschiff ist einem Häkelklettergerüst gewichen, welches nur von Kindern von 3-12 Jahren bespielt werden darf.

Insgesamt wirklich ein Trauerspiel, die meisten Mitarbeiter sitzen unverrichteter Dinge in der Gegend rum. Nur wenn man sich erlaubt, die mitgebrachte Flasche Mineralwasser auszupacken, werden Sie munter.

Im Märchenschloss funktionieren viele Dinge nicht oder lassen sich nur schwer bedienen.

Alles in allem hätten wir auch in den nächsten Indoorspielplatz gehen können. Das wäre günstiger gewesen und hätte das Gleiche geboten.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, vor allem über die Selbstverständlichkeit mit der einem das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen wird.

Eine 4-köpfige Familie muss, inklusive Essen und Trinken, welches nicht mitgebracht werden darf, gut und gerne 130,-€ rechnen und dafür bekommt man:

Ein Märchenschloss einen Kletterturm einen Hochseilgarten (ab 140cm nutzbar) das Häkelnetz eine Kletterwand ein Klettergerüst mit Bällen und Ballschießanlage ein paar optische Illusionen die an die Wand gestellt wurden.

Für mich definitiv der letzte Besuch im Sensapolis. Ich wünsche mir, dass die Betreiber endlich aufwachen und Ihre Einstellung gegenüber dem zahlenden...
