Groupon got us to finally trek to this AYCE Brazilian Steakhouse, Romario. €56 for steak for two seemed like an excellent price. Regular price is €32.90, which also is a fair deal.

🧗The 20-minutes walk that Google suggested seemed fine, but it was definitely more uphill/Forest than we expected. After the meal, we were very grateful for the excercise on the way home. They also have ample parking for those that live further out.

🍹 We started with delicious house caipirinhas, of course.

🫕Then, they filled the table with a tray of dips/sauces. Then, they brought out rice, black beans, fries, casava & croquettes.

🍖🍗🥩 Then you wait for meat skewers to pass by the table. They served all types of beef, pork & lamb, including sausages, pork belly & ribs. For dessert, there was cinnamon sugar roasted pineapple.

🫃We left stuffed and enjoyed sampling all the great meats with some Caribbean cocktails & a bottle of Spanish Tempranillo.

🐟 They also have some regular entree options including chicken and fish options.

💶 All-in-all, it was a fantastic value for €100 (after the cost of cocktails & a bottle of wine). The service was exceptional and our waiter very excitedly switched to English & explained everything to us. CASH ONLY. No cards are accepted currently.

Quando cheguei eu já amei, o ambiente é lindo, meia luz, a música não estava muito alta, nem muito baixa, estava perfeito. Todos os funcionários muito educados, alguns falavam português, alemão e inglês (achei chique demais). Eu fui para conhecer o restaurante mas também para mostrar ao meu namorado um pouquinho da nossa comida maravilhosa. Eu fiquei muito feliz e satisfeita com tudo. O restaurante é maravilhoso, as carnes estavam deliciosas, mas quando chegou na mesa arroz e feijão, eu chorei. Chorei de verdade. Eu estava com muita saudade da nossa comida e só de escrever essa avaliação estou chorando de novo. Meu namorado comeu pela primeira vez algumas coisas e no outro dia estávamos no mercado comprando pra eu fazer pra ele, ele se apaixonou. Márcia e toda equipe, o restaurante é maravilhoso! Freunde haben mir diesen wunderbaren Ort empfohlen. Als ich ankam, habe ich ihn sofort geliebt – die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön, gedimmtes Licht, die Musik war weder zu laut noch zu leise, es war perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich, einige sprachen Portugiesisch, Deutsch und Englisch (das fand ich sehr schick). Ich kam, um das Restaurant kennenzulernen, aber auch, um meinem Freund ein bisschen von unserem wunderbaren Essen zu zeigen. Ich war sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit allem. Das Restaurant ist fantastisch, das Fleisch war köstlich, aber als Reis und Bohnen auf den Tisch kamen, musste ich weinen. Ich habe wirklich geweint. Ich hatte so viel Sehnsucht nach unserem Essen, und allein während ich diese Bewertung schreibe, kommen mir wieder die Tränen. Mein Freund hat einige Dinge zum ersten Mal probiert, und am nächsten Tag waren wir im Supermarkt, um die Zutaten zu kaufen, damit ich sie für ihn kochen konnte – er hat sich in das Essen verliebt. I will write in German, Portuguese, and English because I think it’s worth it. I am Brazilian and have been living in Germany for about a year. Friends recommended this wonderful place to me. When I arrived, I immediately loved it – the atmosphere is beautiful, dim lighting, the music was neither too loud nor too soft, it was perfect. All the staff were very polite, and some spoke Portuguese, German, and English (I found that very classy). I came to visit the restaurant but also to show my boyfriend a little bit of our amazing food. I was very happy and satisfied with everything. The restaurant is fantastic, the meat was delicious, but when the rice and beans arrived at the table, I cried. I really cried. I missed our food so much, and just writing this review is making me cry again. My boyfriend tried some things for the first time, and the next day we were at the supermarket buying ingredients so I could cook for him – he fell in love with the food.
