This place was a huge disappointment with awful customer service. I called a few days ahead of time and asked if tastings would be provided and was told yes. I did not elect to go on any tours because I was satisfied with what the employee told me about this place over the phone. When I arrived there with my friend that was visiting the staff seemed annoyed that we were there, and were very short and rude with us. I asked for a wine recommendation and the guy working seemed annoyed by that, even though he did recommend an excellent wine, it was the only positive part of the experience. My friend felt pressured to pick a wine she didn't really like because the employee was so rude and short with us, and she didn't feel comfortable asking to taste anything else. Menus were taken away from us while we were still looking, and the rest of the staff completely ignored us. We had a few glasses of wine, walked around the exhibits in the "museum" portion, paid, and got out of there immediately.
