Visited on a Friday as I had read that the factory outlet store is also open then (fri-sun from what I can remember but didn't check whether this was correct when we were there). We travelled 2hours on the train to get there and didn't know what to expect. Yes, as per previous reviews, it is small. However, it doesn't mean you have to whizz through quickly. Car parking was free. Museum floors are accessible with wheelchairs and strollers. You can keep your belongings in the locker facility around the entrance. Kindly bring 1 Euro coin for availing the locker facility. Toilets available near the locker. Nearly 2 Hours we can easily spend here ..

They should have allowed us into the line, especially since they had spoken to us on the phone just an hour prior and given us the go-ahead. Really poor to cause this inconvenience to a family with young children, especially those driving...
