Das alte Haus von Pfullendorf haben wir heute besichtigt. Es wurde 1317 erbaut. Die sternförmige Balkenkonstruktion ist außergewöhnlich und absolut sehenswert. Es ist toll, dass man versucht, dieses alte Gemäuer für nachfolgende Generationen zu erhalten.

Some years ago, I travelled to Pfullendorf to see this house from Canada, but it was not open when I got there. In deep despair, I rushed to the Town Hall for help and somebody was so kind to grab the keys, came over to the house with me to open it waiting in the garden while I admired this beautiful museum. I will never forget this generosity of the town of Pfullendorf and the joy to be inside this unique mediaeval heritage...
