Great way to spend an hour or two just wandering around and soaking up the beautiful scenery. Most of the area is free but there is a pay area - 2 Euros per person and worth it...if you like climbing the several stories high up into the big tower! Gives a great 360 degree view of the country side once your at the top. I've read that there is a medieval fair here, we will definitely be back for that.

Hallo war zum ersten Mal da ,ein Lob an die ehrenamtlichen Helfer die das aufgestellt haben , was übrig bleibt geht an die Vereine u.Soziale Einrichtungen. Das Angebot Essen und Trinken für jeden etwas dabei.Platz grosszügig , Kinderwagen ,Rolli usw. Kein Problem. Toiletten mit 4 Rädern erreichbar. Viele Stände mit Weihnachtssachen da ,viel zu schauen .Nur 2 Tage, wenn es regnet kann man rein gehen Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden.Musik spielt auch.

Went to the renaissance fair held here. It was a good time with several fun events and craftsman. My only note is a wish it had some more vendors.

Der Innenhof der Burg Dagestein kann zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos besichtigt werden. Führungen durch die Burg und durch den Burgturm gibt es in den Monaten April bis September immer sonntags von 14-17 Uhr. Hinter der Burg gibt es einen kleinen Fluss, in dem man bei schönem Wetter Flusskrebse in Ihrem geschäftigten Treiben beobachten kann. Auch gibt es dort einen Kulturpfad, den man entlang gehen kann.
