An excellent museum about the physician who brought so many plants from Japan to Europe that have become so common there. Descendants of him and his Japanese wife still live in Hapan by 2019. Amazing....

Interessante Schilderung einer Familiengeschichte. Immerhin nahm die japanische Chirurgie ihren Anfang mit Angehörigen der Würzburger Ärztefamilie Siebold, aber auch die westliche Erforschung Japans. Viele interessante Kataloge und kleine Schriften mit Bezug zu Japan an der Kasse erhältlich. Man bekommt an der Kasse mit dem Ticket einen Schnellhefter, der in Deutsch, Englisch und Japanisch die Exponate erklärt. Im Umfeld interessante...
