I hope administration of the complex gonna pay attention to this review, as well, all customers read carefully before visit and think twice would u like to visit this place or not. So, entrance was ite fast, abt 10 minutes, for the towels you have to leave as a deposit your ID/Passport/Driving license, what is completely strange and against German laws regarding protection of the Personal Data, I got with my parents tickets which covering all areas, saunas, swimming pools etc. As long as I am a big fan of saunas, I choose “Kristal” sauna as a first to visit, as it providing nice show (completely disaster). The show was at 15:45 26.01.2024, the showman was a bold gentleman, I was sitting on the second level of the sauna, and of course my feet on the first level. After 3 minutes of the show this man started to tell my something in German, which I don’t understand, I ask him to explain in English, but he was very rude and continue to say something mixed with English and German, people nearby explained to me, that I should put my feet on the towel, once I did it, I asked him, “Ok for you?”, as a answer I received disrespectful face and “I don’t care”. Since this time all my mood and impression about this place was collapsed, as long I am customer, I am paying money, not cheap btw, I would like to get a GOOD Service, which means welcome personnel, but welcome personal isn’t about this place in general.
Recreation area with food and drink - very, very slow, not in hurry, waiting for pint of beer takes about 10-15 minutes 🤯 The pools areas and saunas are separated, in the pools you have to be in swimming trunks, in the sauna without. After few hours of first accident with bold showman, I was waiting my parents in the changing area in the swimming trunks, so I can go and remove it to proceed into sauna area, and I saw this guy again, he was just standing and looking to me, like I am alien 👽 And I asked him very reasonable question:”Do you have any problem?” Again, he started to say something to me, like I have to remove my underwear to proceed into sauna areas(reminder - I was waiting changing area to be free to make it), I tried to explained him, but he was silly repeating the same, later he started treating me by security.”You like me to call security ?”, I told him, that I never mind, if he likes - go ahead, so he was nervously and almost shouting calling security by walkie-talkie, within 2 minutes 2 security guys were over there, likely one of them was speaking English, I explained to him all situation, and asked am I detained or have any problem? Of course, he said - NO. He explained to me that I can continue my rest, without any problem and he made it clear, that this is fault of bald gentleman. And I continue my rest peacefully. I would like to highlight very professional behavior from security side and completely unsuitability of this guy, who was making all those troubles and show by 15:45 26.01.2024. As well would like to pay attention that showman at 15:45 was using slippers inside sauna, which are emit harmful evaporation during heating, while everybody inside without. The show at 17:45 26.01.2024 in comparison with 15:45 was thousands time away of that guy. For the people who is thinking that I am troublemaker or something like that, I have been visit around 40 countries, saunas, and such complexes, and I would say this was one of the worst experience in my live, administration should take action regarding behavior of personnel. Best regards, hope never visit this place again...
Read moreWas very much surprised by the quantity of different stuff inside: all kinds of saunas, swimming pools, slides, salt room, different waters. Just wow. Pros: You can have a bit of adrenalin after tough day while sliding inside these pipes with water. Some of them are extremely scary, some of them are ok even for small kids. All kinds of different saunas. Was really surprised, never went before to aroma or eco sauna. In one of the saunas at the end of the day there was a show with music and a steam with different smells. Very relaxing A lot of places to relax after the sauna Salty pool is very nice, a lot of different crystals everywhere A laser disco show at the end in the main swimming pool. Cons: Was a bit disappointed that everyone is obliged to remove their swimming suits at sauna place. I don’t really feel comfortable to stay completely naked in front of hundreds of people. In quite a lot of places you have to stand in a long queue (and we were there during the working day in working hours, I’m scared to think how it looks during the weekends), the floors are very cold and instead of making good ventilation system, they just open windows. Wet naked people standing on a freezing wind from the opened window… so-so fun. I got sick after that. Hygiene. Some of the places should be better washed and renovated (like most of the stairs) Some of the things are not working inside (hairdryers, locks for the clothes, etc.) At the end we had to make a long queue to pay for drinks and food we had inside. Taking in consideration the quantity of visitors, they could instal more places to pay and give more space. COVID rules. Of course you need your vaccination green pass, but the quantity of people inside is just insane. Of course no distance between, no masks. Not sure it’s good in the current situation. Otherwise I recommend the place. Some things to improve, but they move to the...
Read moreGreat facilities! We usually drive quite a long way to get there.
I removed 1 star because of the poor communication around the FKK hours or events. Indeed I came the last Tuesday of December expecting the usual FKK evening but it was canceled. I know it had already been canceled a few months ago during school holidays but in December, nothing was communicated when I checked the website (the communication only appeared afterwards!). I discussed with other clients in the sauna area who were surprised like me that the FKK evening was canceled and felt having been slightly fooled. I even remember seeing a father and his 10 year old son getting out naked out of the sauna area after 18:00 and facing a room full of clothed people…
I can see that the rules have been clarified now and it seems that Tuesday FKK evenings will start one hour later during school holidays which is a bit sad if you’re a family with young kids who like to swim in the buff but need to go to bed at a reasonable time.
I also saw that there will be a new long sauna night on Saturday 22/01 which is great news! However it was only published a few days ago which is pretty short notice for people to get the news… I can see it ends one hour earlier than usual (1am instead of 2am) but the advertisement says it starts at 8pm whereas it is written that these events should start at 7pm in the opening hours of the facilities. Which time is correct? Since it’s ending one hour earlier, it would make sense that it starts one hour earlier as well! And that would be great for families. These events only happen once a month on average so please get them started as early as possible!
Once all these communication issues will be solved, you will certainly get 5...
