Beautiful experience. Did a two hour biking from Aburi Botanical Garden to the Adom Waterfalls. The manager was very receptive and suggested some tips on how to enjoy the whole experience. Really enjoyed the tour by the guide (Emma). He was very patient and tolerant. Definitely worth the experience. Paid 90 cedis for the bike, tour guide and entry fee into the waterfalls.

Very nice people and good condition bikes. Did a 3 hour biking trip but I am unfortunately not athletic enough to do this. One day when I am fitter I would like to do the 4 hour trip to the waterfall. It is 180 cedis per person and is very reasonable. The car picks you up at your destination so no need to cycle back!

The worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. Kofi is very rude. From shouting on his daughter and boys/sons (who were very polite) in front of my group of about 20 bikers, to changing the agreed terms we had initially come to just because he felt like it. He does not stay true to his words. Secondly, one of my members was riding elsewhere when the rest of us had returned our bikes. He sped up with his pickup to the aburi botanical gardens(where we were just chilling; not in any hurry leaving or anything of that sort) ANGRY AND CALLING US THIEVES. Mind you, we were all adults site seeing with about 8 cars. It’s quite insulting to be called thieves because of one skinny rickety raggedy bicycle. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this Service to anyone! I’m highly...

Kofi is very aggressive and does not know how to run a business. Having made the arrangements with his boys he then tried to scream his way into another agreement. Shouting in front of kids, and telling his wife "Shut up". To top it off they had to hot wire the bike to get it to start. This is embarrassing....
