Amazing shopping centre with great decor And underground parking, off the highway between Achimota and Amasaman. They have everything you need at an amazing price. From food items on ground floor to household equipment, very friendly and happy staff. One stop for everything you need. They even take Visa cards and provide a discount card (Melcom Super Save) that gives you great discounts. Very good location but unfortunately it’s on one side of a highway with limited intersections. So coming from Achimota you have to go all the way about a kilometer ahead and make a round about below the bridge and come back another kilometer to branch to the right. (I have checked and there’s no way around it)if you miss the extreme left lane going there and take the main road (central lanes): You are doomed ☹️

The best supermarket in Ghana when it comes to the lowest prices and the best deals. From household to decorative stuff and clothes, you can find everything at Melcom. They have 4 floor. The first one for groceries, the second for machines and lightning, the third one for decoration and the last ones for bed, living room and office furniture. There is a lot of workers who will guide you through your customers journey and trust me you will save much money than going to the supermarket. The one bad thing I have noticed is that sometimes, the cashier's can be rude with the customers.

One of the many Melcom branches we have here in the country. Located just along the Achimota road, it surely isn’t a difficult place to locate. They have a variety of items to choose from with very moderate prices, unlike some of the other branches that have only a few items. I wanted to link my bad customer service experience to the other branches but here was an irony. Parking space can be a problem tho.

Please orientate your Cashier employees more.

It was a bad experience today because I do not like to be cheated. Being my first time in Ghana, I went to Melcom with my mum today and we bought things of over 200cedis. The lady at the cashier was about to sort out the things we bought, she spoke Twi to me but I told her I don't speak Twi. Then She called the price in English, I paid and she gave me incomplete change. She gave me coins, I even complained to her cos the coins were muchand...
