Paralia Chrisi Milia — Attraction in Alonnisos Municipality

The single sandy beach,here, in Alonissos island, with a sandy smooth entrance in the sea, with shallow waters for more than 30 meters to reach deep waters. So, for the above reasons , you may find it kind of crowded. In order to avoid the crowded area from the right side of the beach, where many families comes with they’re own umbrellas and sits right in front of your sunbeds, you can choose the left side, although you’ll have a bad or no wi fi signal from the restaurant. The staff from the restaurant comes along the beach, so, if you want to place a order for beverages or food, is quite handy.

Beautiful beach in green surroundings. Public toilets available right next to the Tavern - located a short distance above the beach. Unfortunately, there was a lot of wind the day we were there, so the water felt warmer than the air 😅. It doesn’t get deep so soon 👍🏼 Was expecting it to be a sandy beach... but unfortunately there are a lot of rocks at the water's edge (as seen on the last picture) so was glad I brought my swimming shoes!

The best beach in Alonissos as far as I have seen. Sandy with beautiful scenery on the sides, shallow at the start, suitable for playing etc, and deep with large rocks on the side, good for some snorkeling. There are some spots for umbrellas in between the seats of the beach bar.
