Small beach conveniently close to Athens. Very few areas to park. You have to walk down steps and an alley way so not easily accessible. Combination of pebbles and sand so it’s a little bit tricky to walk in to the water. It’s nice and quite in the week, some shady spots from trees but the beach is quite narrow so I imagine it can get crowded on weekends. It got very wavy later on in the day. There are no shops within walking distance so bring along your own supplies. Nice to see they have installed recycling bins on the beach. Situated near Rafina port, hope the water is clean.

This is incredible place, around one hour away from Athens, but it is so worth visiting! There were fires one year ago, so many houses and trees, grass are burnt, but beach is beautiful, sea is so so so amazing and there is not so many people. So if you enjoy wild beaches, without any cafe places, away from city, this could be a great choice!

This beach is not hard to find and very beautiful ! It was very peaceful and quiet, very few people. The beach is clean (trash cans available) and there are many spots where you can find shade (near the trees and rocks). We had a very nice day there !

It is a very narrow beach with relatively clean water, but there were a lot of black seaweed debries in the water. There is no a testroom or a chnagung room, but there is a safeguard. The cleaf is mildly red, which gives the name to the beach, but it is not spectacular. It is close to the port, so frequently, you breathe diesel fumes from the ships. There is a very limited parking on the street, on the top. It is better suited for the local people. It does not make sense to come to this...

I wish I have been to it before the last year fire accident that took life's with it and this beach was surrounded with fire. As a beach it is very well known in the area but the day I went there was almost no one maybe in the morning would be more people around. You reach the beach by climbing down some stairs and walk a small path. The area around is burned and all the...
