Beautiful beach, but above all, a wonderful sea!! The beach is long but not very deep. The sand is light-colored, coarse-grained, and doesn't stick to your skin. The beach is mostly natural, but near us we had a well-equipped beach resort with umbrellas, loungers, a well-stocked bar with quick service, portable toilets, and a shower. There was even a DJ on the beach starting at 9:00 AM. The water is accessed via pebbles, then there are a few rocks, and finally the light-colored sand. The water is crystal clear, you'd want to drink it. We went on July 23rd, and from 10:00 AM onward, the temperature was more than pleasant. Much better than the pool, and the beach wasn't even crowded. If you bring an umbrella and towels, you can enjoy the beach without spending anything. We left our car in the pine forest in front, and by arriving early, we even found some shade. Otherwise, bring a...

I went there today and I'm not happy. As a person who loves to play volleyball or to just jump around or do stuff in the water, I was disappointed to find out that it was completely pebbles and rocks. It also got deep very quickly so there were a lot of people at a fairly small place. Online it said that it was a calm, not very populated beach but on a Monday morning it was almost full. We went to a beach bar and the umbrellas costed 15 euros each plus it was kind of expensive and there was a big queue. I also went snorkeling and It was definitely the best experience. I'm sure for those kinds of warer sports like wind surfing, paddling, snorkeling, chilling or swimming, it's great but for someone who likes to do some sports where you need some space or you need to jump around, move, i wouldn't recommend. There are definitely better beaches. It was definitely beautiful tho, just...

Walked from Glarokavos Beach Bar following the map, found Golden Beach arrow pointing where this pinpoint is named Glarokavos beach Beach is a bit tricky, water was nice but there are some rocks when you enter and then a huge depth - very clear water, tricky part is getting in and getting out as the rocks are slippery and you could get seriously hurt if not careful There are pine trees and natural shade, which is very convenient You gotta come prepared, any coffee, food, sunbeds (or beach towels) are recommended, there is also some trash, there are...

A great place to visit BUT there is a minimum charge to enjoy sunbeds and umbrellas. You should definitely avoid visiting the umbrellas and sunbeds under canteen LAZIDIS DIMITRIOS. For 3 people we paid €30 and it only offered some water and drinks that were super overpriced eg. lemonade €8. The receipt showed €16 but they made us pay €30. They were extremely rude and undermined the customer’s point of view. The prices were written on small blackboards very unclearly.
