I Read the reviews prior to visiting and nearly put us off…..but it depends what you expect.
Ignore the comments about can’t access the sea or swim because of a huge concrete slab, it is there but 5m out and only gets closer further down the beach, also didn’t see any sea anemones. Also ignore comments about grumpy staff, a dirty beach, slow service and packed close together beds.
We found, a pleasant clean strip of sand, mostly perfectly clean (for a beach that has 100’s of visitors a day), clean and usable sun beds and umbrellas, crystal clear shallow water ideal for kids, staff that were happy to see us, explain how things work, answer our kids questions, bring drinks, tidy away lunch things and smile in 30 degree plus heat!
We spent 5 hours, had 3 coffees, 3 waters, 4 juices, 3 beers, a great hot dog and a delicious club sandwich with loads of fries and an ice cream plus the use of two loungers and an umbrella all for 60 euros. To my mind great value for money.
I understand why people would think 15 euro minimum spend may seem expensive if you just want to buy a water and use a sunbed all day but the owners of this sort of establishment are paying for the equipment, staff, electricity, water, rent and may even want to make a small profit!
If you’re looking for a high roller beach club this is not the place, but if you want a pleasant day in the sun, this is perfect.

Read moreI had very unpleasent experience in this bar. We were on sunbeds for less than 2 hours and decided to leave because the sea was not what we expected. The stuff and the manager chased us on the beach and forced us to pay 10 more euros because they claimed that we "own" them that since they informed us that we need to spend 20 euros for 2 persons and we spent only 11.5 eur(for the drinks that we acctually had). It was not clearly explained when we came, and we were very ashamed and felt bad when we were chased on the beach like we did somerhing wrong and wanted to go without paying for the service we got. And reality was that we were on the beach, ordered, payed and consumated 2 drinks and decided to leave to another beach after short time. They treated us like we received a service and did not pay for it, and not like we left and released sunbeds for new customers. Manager was jelling at us and mentioning that he will call the police because we want to run away. We returned and spent 10 more euros like they requested, just to leave us alone and stop intimidating us - it is not matter of money but such bad and unpleasent experience we have never had in life. We were very ashamed and I highly does not recommend this place, not because of the price but because of such a misstreatment of people. Worst...
Read moreShame! Boundless insensitivity. Although their protocol is to consume at least 30 euros per person to benefit from a sunbed and although we wanted to do this consumption at the bar, we also had the drink from the supermarket. When my husband started drinking beer, a waitress came to tell us to drink outside the beach because we are not allowed there because she did not give me a receipt that they also have this drink at the bar. My husband threw the beer and although no one was drinking anything anymore, she stood on our heads and explained to us that we should not consume anything anymore. When I told her that I was asking her to leave and leave me alone because I was nervous, she started crying so that we could take the empty bottle to the trash because we are not allowed to have empty bottles either. After she left, the manager came to us to tell us 3 times in a very rude tone that if we did not understand better, we should get up and leave, although I mention that no one was drinking anything and we did not see anything. I asked him if he thought anyone was drinking and he kept yelling at us! I should mention that all these scenes were happening while I was trying to put my baby to sleep, which was obvious to the bar staff. I preferred to get up and leave rather than be scolded for my money....
