Kryopigi Beach is a beautiful and serene coastal destination located on the Kassandra Peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece. Nestled near the village of Kryopigi, this beach offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility, making it a popular choice for both locals and tourists seeking a peaceful getaway. The beach is known for its fine white sand and clear, turquoise waters, which provide ideal conditions for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing.

Surrounded by lush pine forests, Kryopigi Beach is a charming spot that feels secluded despite being relatively close to nearby towns. The combination of the green hills and the deep blue sea creates a picturesque landscape that draws visitors seeking to relax and connect with nature. While the beach maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, it is also well-organized, offering sunbeds, umbrellas, and a few beach bars where visitors can enjoy refreshments throughout the day.

Kryopigi Beach’s shallow waters make it particularly family-friendly, while the calm sea is perfect for water activities such as paddleboarding. The beach is also a great spot for long walks along the shore, enjoying the view of the endless Aegean Sea. Its proximity to the village of Kryopigi means visitors can easily access local tavernas, shops, and accommodations, providing the comforts needed for a complete beach holiday.

Overall, Kryopigi Beach is an ideal destination for those seeking a blend of natural beauty, relaxation, and authentic Greek charm in a less...

This beach and adjacent bar are great. There is also a long free public beach with background forest.

Be wary however of stray dogs who like to take ownership of the beach. If you come to catch the sunrise in the morning when no one is around or when the beach is empty you might get hassled by the dogs which although not straight agressive can become territorial and unpredictable.

I got cornered with my girlfriend by 3 medium-sized dogs who became territorial out of a sudden and had to walk through water to avoid their encirclement maneuvers which put us in a very uncomfortable spot. A beach staff was in-sight to help us by spraying them with a water jet to break them up and we managed to get out of the water...

Nice beach, not overly spacious. There are a few sunbeds for those who want to pay and order a drink from the bar. The prices are ok. 60 euros for those who want to be in the first row, while the second and third rows (there are also two sunbeds in the fourth) are 10 euros per person. With that you get two drinks of your choice. Prices are average. The beach is sandy. in some parts of the beach there are stones in the water. In the upper part of the bar, next to the free parking lot, there are deckchairs that are part of the children's play area, so it is convenient if you come with children. A big minus is the absence of wifi, but that's ok if you've...

The last time I visited this beach, it was one of my favorites, but this time, I don't share the same opinion. The beach bar on the beach has more sunbeds and some of the free space is occupied. The last time I went into the water with water shoes, but this time I had forgotten them at the accommodation and tried to enter without them and failed. The stones are big and bad to step on. Although the water is clean and clear and the beach is calm, the stones still make it difficult to enter the water.

Long narrow beach, after the beach bar there is space for own sunbrellas/towels/chairs. The beach is grainy sand, entrance in the water is normal, rocky, but after 1.5m there is sand on the bottom. Suitable for kids. You need a car or a ride to the beach from the main road, since it's quite downhill but has a normal road (asvalt). There is a free parking in the shades. There is also a beach bar Aktion, which has its own parking place.

Very beautiful seaside shore in nature. It is one of the top 3 must visit beaches near Hanioti/Polycrono/Pefkohori. There is a beach bar. You have to pay separately for umbrella and sunbeds and for drinks and food. But you can sit in a bar and drink coffee or whatever you like. Coffee 5 euro, hot chocolate 5 euro. And the view is amazing.
