Beautiful walking place among big trees and wild nature .best place for children to see the pure beauty off totally Cretan nature around the small river and local plants.three old beautiful small churches are at the place and the monastery.very cool place during hot summer.

Lovely little gem. The entrance is nearby the school in Houdetsi. Short walk with Planes, black raspberries, nuts and figs, different views than the common olive and pine trees. Not much water (Sep.) but worth spending a quiet hour or two.
