Αηδονάκια Playtown — Attraction in Municipality of Ilion

We went to this place on a Sunday with three kids and we were 4 adults. We paid €7.50 per child for two and the youngest was 2 so he didn’t pay. He actually didn’t play much inside, he is just 2. An hour later we left and returned after two hours for snacks, beer, other drinks , toys etc. we spent a good amount there. Than we noticed we were charged €7.50 extra for the 2 year old. We went to the counter and spoke to the two girls after the cash. Totally rude , laughing between them in our faces.and they don’t even speak English. Communication zero, after laughs and giggles between them she told us to come back another time and it will be free. This had to be refunded . The baby had to be free! The girl didn’t even tell us that she was charging €7.50 for the baby, she just cashed the amount and that’s it. The place is nice, but the service is terrible! We continued buying drinks after drinks, than you notice that one of the receipts you were robbed....

Positives: Nice place with jungle animal decorations, friendly staff (some of them watch over the kids in the playground), good for family outings and birthday parties, clean toilets. Negatives: Playground Entrance Fee on top of bill, very crowded (especially on weekends), very loud music (could hardly hear each other talking).

Caution: Kids older than 8 years old are not allowed in the playground, which SHOULD be clear on...

Εχθές 28-12-2023 και ώρα 19:00 ήταν η πρώτη φορά που πήγαμε σε αυτόν τον χώρο και προφανώς δεν θα ξανά πάμε. Δεν προλάβαμε να δούμε τίποτα γιατί στο 10λεπτο πάνω φύγαμε. Έχω 2 παιδάκια όπου το ένα είναι στο φάσμα του αυτισμού. Όπως κάποιοι που το βιώνουν και κάποιοι άλλοι που το γνωρίζεται τα παιδάκια γενικά με κάποιες διαταραχές δεν μπορούν να διαχειριστούν κάποια πράγματα, το δικό μου δεν θέλει τις κάλτσες κύριος στους παιδότοπους. Έως τώρα κανέναν δεν μας έχει φέρει αντιρρήσεις να διευκρινίσω ότι το άλλο μου παιδάκι τις φόραγε κανονικά. Μας είπαν ότι ο κανονισμός είναι τα παιδάκια να φοράνε κάλτσες και για λόγους "υγιεινής" (αν κρίνω από τα σχολεία που διάβασα περί υγιεινής η κάλτσες θα έπρεπε να είναι το τελευταίο που τους νοιάζει) παρόλα αυτά δεν μας επέτρεψαν να κάτσει το παιδί μέσα παράνομο αν καθόμουν εγώ μέσα μαζί του, το παιδί δεν είναι ούτε επιθετικό ούτε τίποτα άλλο που θα μπορούσε να δημιουργήσει κάποιο πρόβλημα παράνομο η κάλτσες. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Δικιά μου άποψη είναι ότι οι άνθρωποι αυτοί είναι Ακατάλληλοι για να έχουν...
