I always buy a bottle of Ouzo of Plomari when I visit Lesbos and have wanted to visit the distillery for a while. We were welcomed by the security guard and led to the waiting area where the guide came out to greet us. The introduction was very interesting as was the brief tour of the distillery. I'd suggest going during the week if you want to see the place in full production as they don't bottle etc at the weekend. The tour was €2,- euro per person which included a tour and a tasting but the information was minimal. The entrance was confusing because you need to be bussed in so it feels like you need a reservation but you don't. Parking is easy on the terrain with more than enough spots.
