Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a taverna in Greece. None of the dishes were very good, including the Greek salad which had no taste. The rice in the stuffed vegetables was not cooked well. The biggest problem was the salty fish. Not only was it very salty, but I felt really bad a few hours after eating it. This taverna is also not very clean. Almost everything you touch looks greasy. Good luck with the paper tablecloths that are placed on the table. I gave it 2 stars because the old ladies who run this taverna really try hard and smile at you nicely, but it seems they don't know what quality service...
Read moreBest Greek salad on this trip, which means all vegetables were fresh and good quality of oil. Sweet old lady, very generous. Ask her what is fresh for the day. We had a great long cooked veal that was tender. The saganaki shrimps were surprisingly spicy. And the bread was warm and topped with oregano and olive oil.
You can hangout here before dinner, beers are inexpensive and it’s a nice shade. Traffic can be heavy outside but mostly it’s calm.

Warmly welcomed and as the only non Greek customer, it felt like the host was genuinely interested and pleased to show off her culinary skills.
