Kerasia beach — Attraction in Municipality of Northern Corfu

A beach I accidentally came across which was the perfect quiet and relaxing spot that was mostly sheltered from the NW winds.

Not too many people at all, so it’s the perfect spot to switch off whilst not feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Saw quite a few people snorkeling, seemed like a good spot for it considering the calmness of the water and that there was plenty of fish around. Pebbly beach but I managed getting around barefoot.

Plenty of free parking, sun beds on offer for €15 but plenty of space to sit/lie on the pebbles which I and most other people did with a towel.

Roads are a bit narrow on the way through but most people are driving slowly anyway so not too much of an issue.

Beautiful beach that is absolutely perfect for snorkeling. The water is crystal clear and calm, and I saw lots of different fish! The pebbles on this beach are particularly painful to walk on though, so I would recommend bringing water shoes. There is free parking right on the beach and there is a taverna and a cafe right near the entrance to the beach. There are some loungers and umbrellas to hire, but there is plenty of space to set up your own beach equipment instead. Do watch out for the insects near the trees. A minha praia preferida de Corfu. Praia lindíssima de água transparente calma e quente. Praia de fácil acesso com parque de estacionamento gratuito com bastante sobra á tarde e onde o carro fica praticamente atrás de vc. Com bastantes espreguiçadeiras por 13€ o conjunto de 2 espreguiçadeiras e chapéu de sol. A praia é muito muito calma com pouca gente e pouco barulho e com um mar muito calmo. No início da praia encontrará 2 restaurantes, um deles que serve mais especificamente pratos de peixe e marisco fresco e outro bem do lado que serve um pouco de tudo, desde pizzas e hambúrguer a pratos um pouco mais elaborados. Junto dos restaurantes encontrará um pequeno cais de madeira que é usado para quem quer atracar e almoçar nos restaurantes. No meio da praia encontrará também uma lojinha onde poderá comprar coisas relacionadas com praia como bóias, toalhas de praia, chapéus de sol e afins. É pena não ter chuveiros mas pode usar o banheiro dos restaurantes. Passei um ótimo dia nesta praia, especialmente bem no fim do dia quando tudo fica ainda mais calmo e a noite começa a crer cair. Fica um ótimo clima super agradável. No caminho para esta praia pasarrá por uma pequena aldeia piscatória lindíssima e muito calma onde pode encontrar alguns e bons restaurantes. Encontrará aí também muitos barcos para alugar self drive. Vale muito a pena a visita. Se puder não perca a oportunidade de visitar esta parte da ilha. Acredito que irá passar um ótimo...
