Paralia Thimari — Attraction in Municipality of Saronikos

One of the few beaches left that’s actually worth it near Attica. Remains to be seen if it will stay that way or overcrowdedness will destroy that too. There’s a really good beach bar at one end that regularly plays reggae and keeps the vibe alive so to speak. There is another that used to blast annoying music at high volume, last time I went they had stopped that dreadful practice that kills the vibe but I cannot be sure what they do in general. La spiaggia è situata lungo la strada che va da Atene a capo Sounio, a poca distanza da quest'ultimo. Cercavamo lungo questo percorso una spiaggia per fare un bel bagno, e che non avesse l'acqua bassa, come alcune viste in precedenza. Qui abbiamo trovato sia il parcheggio, sia il mare che diventava profondo in pochi metri (almeno sul lato a sud non attrezzato), oltre a essere pulito. Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato molto pulita la spiaggia sul lato più stretto, quello a sud. Spiaggia di sabbia o di ghiaia a seconda dei punti e...

Παραλία με όμορφα νερά. Ωστόσο τη μέρα που πήγαμε εμείς είχε αρκετό άνεμο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να στήσεις δική σου ομπρέλα. Ακόμη κι αν έχεις καλή ομπρέλα και τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό, με τις ριπές δεν αντέχει. Οπότε τελικά καθίσαμε σε beach bar. Το κόστος για σετ ξαπλώστρες με ομπρέλα ήταν στα 15€. Τιμή για κρύο τσάι 4.5€. Υπάρχουν ντουζιέρες. Τα νερά είναι αρχικά ρηχά και μετά βαθαίνουν ομαλά σχετικά. Μέσα υπάρχουν πέτρες και βράχοι. Μέσα στην θάλασσα είχε κάποια σκουπίδια.
