We arrived to this place hoping to have a dip on its blue waters, but unfortunately all the days we stayed at Syros were pretty windy and this place was not an exception, indeed, this place was the windiest of all the beaches we visited. The beach seemed to be a nice place to swim in, there are showers, bathrooms, changing cabins, greek tavernas and beach bars. Along the shore line there are lots of trees that can provide shade or you can borrow some umbrellas or palm shelters starting from 15€. There are no car parks close, so, the only option is parking your car along the main street, just be aware that in busy days you could not find any room to park.

Netter Touristen- Strand. Die Strandbar bietet unter Schatten spendenden Tamarisken einen fantastischen Ausblick. Zum Abschalten müsste nur die Musik etwas leiser sein. Neben den Stühlen und Tischen , sind aber auch tolle Liegen zur Benutzung hier. Das Wasser ist sehr seicht abfallend mit Sandstrand. Nur geringe Brandung im linken Teil der Bucht. Wer es rauer und steiniger mag, muss sich weiter rechts der Bucht halten. Hier gibt es kostenfreie Sonnenschirme und ins Wasser kommt man nur, wenn man über dicke Felsbrocken im Wasser steigt. Schwimmschuhe sind hier zwingend erforderlich.

Ωραία νερά για μπάνιο, έχει και χώρο για καρεκλακια παραλίας, από την προβλήτα είναι σχετικά βαθιά για βουτιές, αυτά που δεν μου άρεσαν είναι ότι έχει μια ντουζιέρα σε μια γωνιά για όλη την παραλία (βάλτε άλλη μια στην άλλη γωνία δεν είναι και τόσο δύσκολο) αλλά πιο πολύ με πείραξε το ότι σε σχέση με τις άλλες παραλίες του νησιού η αμμουδιά ήταν βρώμικη, πολλές γόπες καλαμάκια, και διάφορα χαρτιά. Είχε θέμα η καθαριότητα εκεί αλλιώς θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια

Ωραία νερά για μπάνιο, έχει και χώρο για καρεκλακια παραλίας, από την προβλήτα είναι σχετικά βαθιά για βουτιές, αυτά που δεν μου άρεσαν είναι ότι έχει μια ντουζιέρα σε μια γωνιά για όλη την παραλία (βάλτε άλλη μια στην άλλη γωνία δεν είναι και τόσο δύσκολο) αλλά πιο πολύ με πείραξε το ότι σε σχέση με τις άλλες παραλίες του νησιού η αμμουδιά ήταν βρώμικη, πολλές γόπες καλαμάκια, και διάφορα χαρτιά. Είχε θέμα η καθαριότητα εκεί αλλιώς θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια

Azolimnos Beach - The Convenient Getaway Azolimnos Beach is an absolute delight- especially for those looking for a quick escape without traveling far from Ermoupolis. It perfectly balances easy access with a truly pleasant beach experience.

Sheltered and Serene, This beach is nestled in a small bay, providing excellent protection from the wind, which means the water is usually incredibly calm and clear- ideal for leisurely swimming and safe for younger visitors. The sand is soft and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a wonderful spot to unwind.

Great Amenities, Azolimnos is well-organized with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas available. What makes it even better are the excellent fish tavernas located right along the waterfront. You can easily spend the morning swimming and then step straight into a fantastic lunch of fresh seafood.

Lovely on days when there isn’t much wind. Multiple piers for people to jump off, and lots of rocks / fish to look at (so bring goggles!) Plenty of beach bars and cafes, but not overly touristy like other beaches on...
