Livadia Beach — Attraction in Region of Crete

As a dog owner (and lover), I unfortunately cannot recommend this beautiful place. Recently, many poison baits have been placed, and my friends lost their beloved dogs as a result. It’s very sad! I would also say it’s very, very dangerous for children as well. :( Please be cautious!

As a tourism professional, I find this extremely damaging to the reputation of this place. Local people should open their eyes and take strong action against those responsible if they want to continue making a living...

Unfortunately, both Falassarna Beach and Livadia Beach are currently very dangerous as poisoned baits are being laid out there. Several dogs have already died and it is also very dangerous for walkers and especially children. I hope the municipality takes this seriously, otherwise I can only strongly advise against visiting...

It's wild city beach. 50/50 sand and stone The view from it is just okay, but I didn't feel like I want to stay there for a while. So u can find more good and comfortable places in the close distance to enjoy ur time...
