Delancey Park — Attraction in St Sampson

Quite a small park with a good section as purpose built playground use. I unfortunately went when there was a school trip and kids were running and yelling manically all over the place. I had gone here hoping to allow my small dog a good walk off lead but had to keep him on because of the chaos. That said even empty it is very small and in my opinion a better place to go with dogs with a bigger expanse nearby is Belle Gréve Bay. Didn't get far (I walk slowly with a stick and Mum was walking the dog the opposite way round) but have been before. Very nice park, great if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Sausmarez Park and still have twice the amount of fun. There is a small playground for kids and lots of woods which make nice places for walks and bike rides as well as some football goals and basketball hoops. Shame there isn’t a cafe but overall...
