Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Vale

Tell me why I ordered a chocolate fudge frappe and got milk, ice and frappe powder? The only flavour was the two drops of sauce on the cup and the fact the cream tasted like babybels, now I love those but not for 6.40 in my drink?? I've come to this costa so many times, I've probably had 30 different people serve me and got the same drink every time, it's only been done correctly 8 times... But this is by far the worst.. I don't know if you think we don't notice but I had to throw that drink away because it was utterly disgusting and made me feel so sick, you can actually see that the drink itself is the wrong colour. Thank you costa for messing up my drink, even worse...
