Views ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ City views in the distance, sail boats crushing by, palm trees rustling in the breeze, heavenly! Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always clean, the water is clean, lots of covered garbage cans for waste disposal. Bathrooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have bathrooms, they are clean and stocked with air hand dryer and toilet paper. Safety ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very safe, you see police presence but they never bother you unless you’re doing something dumb. Instagram POI ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect spot for Instagram pictures or if you are a car lover like me, great place to take pictures of your car. If you love being surrounded by clear beautiful water then you MUST experience this in a convertible sports car, a nice walk or set up a hammock on the beach.

Miami has many beautiful spots to enjoy the water. From a photographers perspective though this is one of my favorites. Hobie Island Beach Park is situated on the Rickenbacker Parkway. The beach itself is south of Rickenbacker. However, to views towards Miami are on the north side of Rickenbacker, Once you come across the first bridge exit Rickenbacker just 'after' passing Hobie Island Beach, the road will take you 'under' the 2nd bridge to the north side. In the morning before about 11am, you will get sunlit detailed images of the hotels and condominiums on Brickell Avenue and downtown. Come back at night (there are usually fisherman and some homeless folks there) and you get reflection shots of Miami across the Bay.

Why are park rangers stopping taxpayers and tourists from enjoying the best part of the day SUNSET ? Beaches should stay open for everyone to experience this peaceful time, yet they’re busy shouting and clearing people out early. It’s ridiculous. If the ranger wants to leave early to see his mamacita, that’s not our problem. HE SHOUD GET FIRED FOR THIS !!! Instead of bothering those of us who simply want to stay until dark, they should focus on real issues, like ticketing people grilling with open flames or letting unleashed dogs swim. That aside, the beach is fantastic—plenty of parking, great views, and an overall nice vibe. The water can get a bit muddy and dirty at times, though, because some locals let their dogs swim here.

This beach is not well advertised but it's not a bad beach! If you want to walk your dog at the beach or do windsurfing or kayaking, this is the place to be! There's a lot of parking and there's bathroom facilities. Also if you walk under the bridge to the back there's a great view of the city (it's a nice spot to take pictures). We came when the sun was setting and it was beautiful, I didn't expect to get a nice view of the sunset here. My concern with this beach is it's pretty rocky when you walk into the water, and there's some seaweed. But the water here is pretty shallow so you can walk out into the sea for many feet and the water still doesn't reach your waist yet.

Short distance from Brickell, there is a bike line, so it’s a good plan to go by bike, google maps said it was 12 minutes by bike but it took me like half an hour to be there. The day I went there was a lot of people and noise, so I didn’t like it a lot, but if you like this vibe it’s the right place for you, there are plenty of small places to buy some drinks and water, you can get your food and beverages and have some fun here, if you don’t want to take a car there is a bus that go there from Brickell
