Gróf Buttler Wine Company. — Attraction in Egri járás

I recently planned a trip to their winery. Sent enquire emails to secure a booking as requested. They have yet to reply to the emails, I sent emails on the 19th of November and on the 21st of November. I decided to call them today, after 7 phone calls of which they put down the phone in my ear 3 times you when they heard I speak English they replied to a facebook messanger message saying that the winery is closed that day even though it is not indicated on the website or their facebook page. They also just assumed it was for less that 6 people and the message replies where not professional. My once in a life time trip to Budapest was built around visiting Gróf Buttler Winery even if it was a wine tasting and wine tour for just 3 people. They way they dismiss customers is very unprofessional and the fact that they did not even try to accommodate new customers was very disappointing. I have been raving about this winery to all my friends and saying that no matter how long we are in Budapest I am visiting Gróf Buttler. I am extremely disappointed in the way the winery handled...

We celebrated New year here 🥳🎉 The venue was very well organised and we received a welcome drink as soon as we entered. Személyzet kedves, ételek finomak, tánctér tágas és maga a hely rendezvények lebonyolítására alkalmas, mosdók tiszták. Egyetlen hátránya hogy ha zenész vagy nagyon kellemetlen felhordani a felszerelést 4 lépcsőfordulónként az emeletre, majd onnét át az asztalok között...
