Zemplén Adventure Park — Attraction in Sátoraljaújhelyi járás

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE as always Hungary are a very smart country and make their tourist attractions very simple and easy to navigate as always that was a lie the weather was sunny and bright but disaster struck when after we got on the first mountain to wait for the bumbull bees(cable cars for 12 people) it took 40 minutes to come to the mountain but when we got on it took less than 5 minutes to go to the second mountain so we bought return tickets and went towards the bridge but we actually spend 10 minutes wandering around because the very smart people of Hungary don't even know how to put a sign or map on where to go but when walking thunder came which was unexpected but once we actually got to the amazing bridge we're we all excited to go there was a family in front of us the paid and got tickets and went straight in but when we went to pay a worker(who does not speak English nor slovak nor possibly Hungarian google translated that the bridge was closed and was to be emptied but when we went away about 15 people got on the bridge behind us so whatever happened was unexplainable but there's nothing else to do on the mountain so we went to go back to the bumblebee to go to the main mountain but of course that's closed and everything is closed and the worker told us we have to wait 1-2 hours so we're stuck on a mountain and the worker are laughing watching tiktok and were here trying to survive but that's not all there was a path down the massive mountain and it was 1 hour to walk to the car park so when that was our only option we had to take it but 20 minutes later what do we see. All the rides perfectly working magicly it must have been a miracle but we can't spend another 30 minutes walking up the steep mountain so we went down into the dirty village we tried google mapping any restaurants to eat because we didn't eat since breakfast and it's about 17:00 but no all is closed so we had to do about a 30 minute walk (3k) to the car park but after 15 minutes suddenly there's drops and those drops turn into hurricane and we run to a barely sheltered electric bike storage so we are soaked 15 minutes away, from the car park with water literally flooding the roads and the small road next to us we waited about an 1 hour and a half in this natural disaster of course when checked our phones it said yellow waring but anyway we had to run in the rain into the cars soaking wet what is bad about this tourist attraction. Well number 1 is the tickets everywhere you go you have to buy a ticket there is no get all access, you have to have a cash on you at all times and notice how I said cash it's because half the services don't even take card and because you buy a ticket to go up you also have to buy a return ticket so we bought a return ticket at the first cable cart but you can only refund at the place you bought it from so the bumblebee workers weren't accepting it nor the mute worker at the bridge number 2 is the workers not even knowing their neighbouring country and their park is right next to the border and get tourists from there all the time is Slovakia which is actually impressive how no one speaks it their machines barely texted it and so the only option is english only the main worker who kind of know it number 3 is Hungary just being Hungary lack of signs walking down a hill worker lying to us and have a dirty brown village with I can't even say what they had was footpaths and a lot of abandoned houses(walls,windows,doors where broken or missing) overall a terrible experience especially with a t shirt and shorts with some of us wearing sandals for this unexpected 3k walk in a hurricane it has scared us for life and there will be no touring or doing "fun" things in hungry anymore with this disaster and other disasters that happened before in...

This place means an all day fun for the whole family, for relatively reasonable prices. BUT. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars are in the middle of the COVID panic, no soap in the toilets next to the bob trail. But there was heating on the max temperature even though it's summer unless you get there in the early morning by the opening time and have your rounds on the bob trail, you have to queue forever for your ride (not sure if the park's owner could actually do anything about it) the Rope Runner zip line. It is such a great experience, but again, unless you go there straight by the opening time, you have to wait forever. We queued over an hour to get the safety equipment, then had to walk up to the starting point. We didn't have to queue for hiring a camera but had ti queue for our turn on the zip line, another 20-30 minutes. The zip line ride itself takes around 1.5 minute but then on the other side you have to wait, depending on the number of people being there already up to 2 hours to be able to get back. They send 2 people on the zipline every 70 seconds, but coming back they only have 2x cable cars, which can take 6 people each, in total 12. It takes ages to get back. You can also walk back, a nice 1.5 hr walk. They should have more cable cars as it just ruins the whole thing. You spend min 3 hours in total just queuing. While waiting for the cable car to take you back, there is nothing to do. Not a buffet, a bar, nothing, just the cash desk, abd a toilet 🤷🏻‍♀️ last but not least, though it is nit necessarily the park's owners fault, the food is disappointing. We had a cheese burger and gyros plate and they were dry and didn't worth the money at all. Also they had a very few choices of drink on such a busy day (in the middle of July, on a Saturday at lunch time). Overall the park is really good, but these bits need to be improved (especially getting back to the park after the rope...

7. 06-án jártunk a kalandparkban. A hely szép, a dolgozók többségében nagyon alpáriak, semmi keresnivalójuk nincs a szolgáltatói szektorban. Pláne a gyönyörű, rózsaszín hajú nőnek a pénztárnál. Belépéskor normálisan elmondtam, hogy a bobra, a libegőre, és a sólyomra szeretnénk belépőjegyeket kérni. Válasz: bobra, libegőre adok, sólyomra én nem fogok adni, majd fent megveszitek, amúgy is 1 órás sor van, majd eldöntitek, jó-e ez nektek… A kalandparkra nézve is szép hozzáállás, de úgy voltunk vele, oké, csak több dolgunk ne legyen veled. A faház büfének titulált szennyrész ugyan külön üzemeltetőhöz tartozik, de az egy órás sorban állások után jó lenne, ha enni is lehetne valami normálisat a helyen. Online jegyvásárlásra természetesen 2024-ben itt még nincs lehetőség. :)

Visszafelé, fél 7 környékén, gondoltuk, még veszünk 1-1 jegyet a bobra. 18:30-kor volt pénztárzárás, már 18:26 volt, de beálltunk a sorba, mögöttünk szintén többen így tettek. Párbeszéd: Jó napot kívánok! Azt szeretném kérdezni, hogy van-e még lehetőség jegyet vásárolnunk a bobra? (Köszönés semmi, helyette teli torokból: CSAK ANNAK ADOK JEGYET A BOBRA, AKI KÁRTYÁVAL FIZET, NEM ÉRDEKEL! Rendben, kártyával fogunk fizetni. Helyes Normálisabban azért lehetne? Tudok én még csúnyábban is, örüljön, hogy kiadom a jegyeket! Ezzel kezdtem, hogy tudunk-e még vásárolni. Ha nem lehet, miért nem ezt mondja? Hihetetlen! Hihetetlen, ja, hogy itt ülök fél 10 óta, és még mindig jöttök, az a hihetetlen!

Csak azért nem kértem ki a Vásárlók Könyvét, mert a mögöttem lévőket nem akartam megfosztani a jegyvásárlástól. Undorító és minősíthetetlen!!! Hogyan alkalmazhatnak egy ilyen populáris helyen egy ilyen gusztustalan, kiégett, megkeseredett, igazi antihumán üzemmódban működő, lényt? Azért, mert ő ennyit ért el az életben, azért még nem a vendégek a hibásak. 18:31-kor kaptuk meg a jegyeket... Mellékelten csatolom. A tulajdonos válasza, akivel szerettem volna megbeszélni az ügyet, annyi volt, hogy -. idézem: ,,a pénztáros kolléganő, pénztárzárás után adta ki önöknek a jegyeket, ami lényegében egy gesztus volt önök felé, hiszen a szabály szerint 18:30 után már nincs lehetőség jegyvásárlásra” Se egy bocsánatkérés, semmi. Ez egy gesztus… hogy ordibálnak a vendégekkel. Felajánlott 2 db bobjegyet, amit 07.08-a óta mindmáig nem kaptunk meg. Persze nem is mennénk erre a helyre soha többé, és másoknak sem ajánljuk. Volt a kalandparkban egy tetovált karú, 30 körüli fickó. Valószínűleg kábítószeres befolyásoltság alatt állhatott. Folyamatosan kötekedett a dolgozókkal fent a sólyomnál, és lent a bobpályánál is. Az egyik dolgozóval a bobnál ordibált is. Később átmászott a bob melletti kerítésen, amiről leesett. Ezt követően elkezdett ordibálni a dolgozókkal és a vendégekkel (ekkor már fél hét elmúlt), hogy mi a …. bámultok, m**….. , mindenkit…. Mégsem mert neki egyik dolgozó sem szólni. Pedig ez lett volna a minimum. Esetleg hogy egy ilyen közfelhábordást kiváltó személyt eltakarítanak a parkból, és nem teszik ki a vendégeket ilyen inzultusnak. Ja, hogy tőle féltek, nem mertek vele konfliktusba kerülni, és inkább a normális vendégeken vezették le a feszültséget? Gondolom, félő volt, hogy az a vendég nem riad vissza a fizikai erőszaktól sem, így inkább hagyták, hadd inzultálja a dolgozókat, vendégeket. Gratulálok! Sem a vendégekért, sem önmagukért nem mertek kiállni. Természetesen a tulajdonos a történések ezen részére...
