Harkány Spa Zrt. — Attraction in Siklósi járás

Installation is very nice and it's for that it deserves a star. The rest, its a terrible mess. Poorly indicated coming from the Croatian border so not so easy to find while such a building should be indicated all around. First time I also see cabines without the showers next to it. You have to walk somewhere else to take your shower. You re passing thought the toilet entrance if you want to take a shower, and it's pretty disgusting. And then go back to cabines. It makes totally no sens. The place is huge and there is event not a little map to tell you where you can go and what you can do. Online website is telling that some hot pools are outside are still opened (not all of them but few), reality : no one was opened. If you don't have cash, they make problems to give you key for a cabine. It isn't nice. Plus, it's cold. And if you don't know it, avoid the bankomat/cashmachine outside. These things are taking crazy fees. Talking about the price... Around 10 euros for this... Are we in London or Paris? Advise : go somewhere else to...

Disappointing. We purchased a 2 hour ticket for swimming only. As we entered the park, it began pouring and there was a thunderstorm. We waited for 2 hours and were unable to swim. We politely expressed our disappointment that, even though we paid, we were unable to use their facilities. We did not ask for our money back. Still, staff did not sympathise or apologise, we were only met with indifferent smiles. Bear in mind that some people here still have a long way to go when it comes to professionalism and hospitality - if you lower your expectations you'll feel...

Spent a day here with my boyfriend. Ignoring the fact that it's definitely more of a hot spot for retired couples and those with illness recovering at the near by hospital; we had a great day here. Lots of different treatment rooms, like sauna, steam room and infrared. Big hot tub, cold pool, hot pool and ofc the big pool with mineral water in it. The place was clean, shame no staff spoke English...
