Bicycles welcome! Large locked garages to put your bike in. Eva at the front desk gave me a great regional cycling map as well. ||||I stayed in a comfort double, one of the renovated rooms, and was pleasantly surprised. While you can see that it is an older hotel, the reno's are excellent. Very clean & a nice balcony with furniture as well. ||||The restaurant was the big surprise for me. Exceptionally good dinners (salad bar, soup, choice from three main courses and dessert) for a great price. A wide range of breakfast foods that were very good ... which may be the reason the demand was faster than supply for many items. ||||Very friendly staff going out of their way to help with local information. All together nice experience. Very good quality for money. Free parking on the premises, which is a bonus! The breakfast buffet style. Plenty of choices of cooked and cold food. Plenty choices on drinks too. The room we have chosen was twin room. Stylish of around 2000'. Clean, compact and up to standard. The bathroom is nice. Only downside is if you don't close the toilet lid, then smell comes from it. The staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it! Worth more then what we paid...

Spending two nights at Komfort Hotel Platan was the best choice for our family holiday in Harkany. The staff was incredibly friendy, the waiters were smiling when they served the dishes, which is a very BIG thing I think. Talking about the dishes, they were quite good, which was a bit surprise for me since I expected average quality, considering the price.You can rent a bike too, for a very reasonable price.
