Visegrad Bobsled — Attraction in Szentendrei járás

Fun ride until someone behind you decides they have the track to themselves and uses no breaks. Such a thing happened to me and my mother today, the guy behind us thought it was funny to tailgate us for half the track, while swearing at us and laughing at us. After getting off the ride the staff was rude and unhelpful, practically trying to get us to admit fault, only because we were foreigners and he has Hungarian, so they were speaking to each other in their own language. The rules clearly state that each individual is responsible for their own ride, controlling the breaks and keeping a safe distance. Tailgating is strongly prohibited (or so they say). It's cool, not too hard to do bob. Not required to be very technique experienced, just using the break and being a little careful with the other bobs ahead, is what's needed.

You can purchase tickets for riding it 1,6,10 times. If you never did this type of bob, I recommend to at least go two rides before deciding about the experience. Second time when you already get the vibe, it's really great, you'll ride fast that bob.

The others can wait at the little bar or under the trees or on a bridge over the course.

Good alpine bobsleighing experience for the whole family with pricey memorabilia and equally pricey parking but we'll worth it lest you make a habit out of attending. There's a buffet if you're hungry and a decent enough lavatory.
