The Reykjavik Cruise Terminal is very well connected with the Reykjavik city. There are so many options like free cruise shuttles, city bus and hop on hop off buses between the cruise terminal and the city. One can even walk to the city as it is only 4.3 kms and you can see the city from the cruise terminal. It's a nice walk around the lake. Don't have to take the taxi which is quite expensive. If you are going to the airport, go by Fly Bus. They will pick you up from the cruise terminal and the fare is around $36 per...

The cruise terminal was decent as far as terminals go. A short to medium walk to get outside security. There is a free shuttle to the town center that runs about every 20 minutes. The shuttle was very crowded each time we rode it and in either direction to or from the port. Be prepared to have to stand in the shuttle during the 15 min. drive. There are taxis available at the port as well but I'm jot sure how you contact them from the city to get back. My Uber app said there were no Ubers in the city so that's...

Not much to say about the harbor. We anchored here during a cruise. There are a few shops at the terminal, good for buying souvenirs. One thing that was very annoying was the taxis. We were here with a 20 month old child and no taxi wanted to take us to a public bath nearby. It was a rainy and windy day, we did not want to go with the stroller. All of them, pretended not to have a child seat. In my opinion they just did not want to take us on a 10 minute drive if they could get tourists for a...

This cruise terminal is very accommodating, offering a free shuttle bus to the Harpa Concert Hall in the city center. Just a 2-minute walk back from the drop-off point will take you to The Sun Voyager attraction. From there, Tjornin Lake, the City Hall, and the Hallgrímskirkja Church are all within walking distance. Further along, the shopping street features restaurants, shops, and cafés, making this a very friendly port.

Kreuzfahrtterminal Reykjavik.
