KFC — Restaurant in Reykjavik

I ordered often until once I got a very dry and bad burger with my friend.. I went back to complain and the cashier lady was nice to give me a free burger but they put literally 1l sauce in it it was soaking it was obviously not from good intention…because I complained about having no sauce in the burger they made fun of my complain and disrespected me and i got a burger fully soaked in sauce oh and it wasn’t even the one I ordered previously….disgusting worker in the kitchen! Took about 20min to get our meal. Food taste was ok. 4 of us ate from the same bucket. 3 of us had stomach problems that night. The only person that did not have problems did not eat the coleslaw, the 3 of us did. Coleslaw is sealed, but it can still go bad if not handled properly at the packaging or due to temperature abuse while stored. 3 out of 4 of us are heavily involved in food / health inspections. Travelers, heed my words: if you come from another country, do not set foot here. What the locals may accept as “quality” is nothing less than a cruel illusion. You see the 3.5 stars and think, “Surely it cannot be so bad.” but it is.
