Maredumilli Water Falls — Attraction in Andhra Pradesh

It's a different feeling of journey. You will feel like little adventurous and thrilling. You need to stay in some hotel or huts and then plan starting early morning 3am. So that, you can reach the destination arround 4:30am and the. Start climbing hills. You will end up reaching at correct time for visiting sunrise. You need to book a car there and the cost is 1k per head. If you want seperate car, for 6 members 5500rs. Going by own car is risky as I have seen lot of card are stucked in between. You also better carry a torchelight as there is no lighting in the entire forest and while climbing the hill.

Home stay is arround 2500 to 3500 per day but there are some places where you can carry your own Hut and stay there and it costs 200 per day. All they will will provide you is space where lot of other people with their huts. I prefer this as it was again a different feeling and cost saving.

Nice waterfalls with natural look and no artificial and constructed items except couple of bamboo bridges. The area is maintained by the forest department.and cool climate in the evng time. There are available resorts and good food also there are so many water fall here it's looking so beautiful and good time with nature and best choice to time spend in weekend timing. Its gives relax and best memories in our life. Parking is on both sides of the ghat roads, there is no separate parking lot/space available. Good place to enjoy with kids. Be aware of monkeys while carrying food items. Also take care of slippery surface while you are in water. However the area has lot of littered items for which the department and the visitors are equally responsible.hotel management is too poor Washrooms are not maintained well. Overall the ghat roads with cool weather and greenery on the way is also good...

Nice place, cool weather, and the tall trees surrounding this water stream(water falls) keeps us under shade continuously. Maintenance is little poor due to less surveillance. Need to climb small rocks to reach the water falls. Visitors love the scenic views around here. Path is slippery at some places so need to climb rocks carefully. I think winter is best time to visit this placeGood place. Best time to visit is after rainy season, as the water will be very high.

The maintenance is also good but not that great. You can take good photos during sunset and sunrise as the rays of sun will be great. In off season this waterfall if not that crowded but during season it will be fully occupied.
