Sunday trip to Maredumilli with family: After visiting AmruthaDhaara waterfalls, we returned to the village and started looking for a nice food place. Bases on a friend’s suggestion, we went to a hotel and they said it takes more than hour to get a table. I then checked for an alternative restaurant and found this place with decent reviews. We reached to the place, ordered two tubes of bamboo chicken & two fried piece Biryani. Both of them are delicious and honestly, it’s the best bamboo chicken I ever ate. They also gave a tasty hot chicken soup for the fry piece Biryani. Overall, an awesome food place amidst beautiful nature. You may pack your food and enjoy it at a nearest viewpoint. The staff are polite too and the prices are worth it. I definitely consider revisiting this place when I’m in...
Read moreIf you get to visit Maredumilli, please don't miss this restaurant. Because it's the only restaurant in Maredumilli that qualifies to be called a restaurant. Being a small place, all others are just eateries inside the road side shops. This newly opened restaurant has good interiors and has indoor and outdoor seating. Both are quite good. What is worth noting is the food. I had the opportunity to eat early lunch and dinner. Both times I found the food very tasty. On the flip side, the restaurant doesn't have the typical Telugu meal or Thali and doesn't serve breakfast in the morning. It's basically an ala carte type. I hope the restaurant will continue to serve tasty food ever after. Its business hours as of now are 10 AM to 10 PM. Definitely worth visiting...

Food - just wow! What an experience! It was fresh. Clean. Authentic. Genuine. Tasty. Home style.
People- sweet. Friendly. Genuine. They went extra mile to accommodate something I asked. When I couldn’t find a place to sit, they offered their cash counter for me to sit instead of simply asking me to wait.
This place and these people make Maredumilli a better place.
PS: nothing much to see in Maredumilli. Definitely not “Andhra’s Ooty” but the bamboo chicken experience was a bomb and the...
