Satyanarayana UDA Lake Park — Attraction in Andhra Pradesh

Very nice park in Tenali. Very well maintained by municipality. T is opened from 5am to 8am in the morning and 330 pm to 830 pm in the evening. Entry fee is Rs5 per person in the morning and Rs10 per person in the evening. Parking fee is Rs10 per vehicle time. You can also take a monthly pass. I think it is Rs100 per month, but O am not sure.

There is a huge lake where you can go for boating. Usually boating is available only in the evening. Lake is very deep. Swimming is not allowed. Life jackets are a must while boating. But the boat driver is not a well trained one and they don't have jackets for infants. When I insisted for a life jacket for infant, he said infants don't need life jackets. Very ridiculous.

Joggers track is well maintained around the lake with greenery all along the track. You get to see many varieties of plants. Make sure kids don't touch them as many have sharp thorns.

Kids play area has 2 parks. One smaller without sand and one bigger with sand. Both have good equipment. Bigger one also has an open gym for women which is an innovative initiative. It is only for women. They should also have o e for men :).

You have a small shop that offers cold drinks, chips and biscuits. Be ready to pay at least Rs3 more than the MRP.

Overall an excellent place in Tenali for people who wants to relax in the park and have a peaceful time in early morning and evening either alone or...

It's a nice place to spend some peaceful time. Inside the park there were benches, stalls to buy water/some snacks. Covered with trees and plantations and they were maintained well by the park's management. Kid's zone, play zone, some basic things for morning/evening exercises, Running/walking track all around the park for everyone to have a wall and a lake in the middle in which we can go for a boat ride in the evenings. And there's a musical fountain which will be opened occasionally may be on Sundays or during festival times. Ticket cost for the park entrance is reasonable, Around 10Rs for adults. Morning it'll be 5Rs. And for the musical fountain and boat rides you need to purchase a separate ticket. And No you can't take any things like badminton rackets or any other sports related items to play inside the park, it is not allowed. You can go with your family and can have a quality time there. Good place for all. Walking tracking for all Snacks and cool drinks available Boating for enjoyment Musical fountain with lightings is an added beauty to this park. This is the only park having this facility in tenali Play zone available for kids above the food canteen.one needs to pay for that. Kids can roam in train with music and can play with balls inside the net. Slider is also available in the net. Gardened with plants and lights it is a nice place for all ages of people. Ticket rate is minimal - Rs.5/- for kids and Rs.10/- for adults. One can also watch the train moving on the track of chinaravuru railway station...
